| DO YOU WANT TO CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION? Log in using your assigned Team ID number that was issued to you when you registered. Go to Log In box under the coaches tab in the left rail. |
| THE APPLICATION FORM DOES NOT LOOK RIGHT ON MY SCREEN(overlapping drop down boxes, long rows over the input fields, etc.) WHAT IS GOING ON? First, you should let the ENTIRE form load BEFORE you scroll. It is a big form. In short, your computer does not have enough memory (RAM) available to render the form correctly. Here is the solution that will work in most cases: 1. Clear the cache (temporary files) in Internet Explorer (Usually Tools>Internet Options>Remove Temporary files 2. Shut down Internet Explorer 3. Restart the computer 4. Open JUST MS Internet Explorer. 5. Go to Web site, fill out form. In most cases, this will solve the problem.... |

| Player Equipment & Footwear? SHOES OR SHINGUARDS ARE PROHIBITED. It is strictly forbidden to wear any kind of footwear other than what is authorized. Authorized footwear includes bare feet, socks taped up and/or elastic ankle and/or foot wraps. |
| Where are the Beach Soccer fields located? Tournament will be held at the beautiful Petrie Island Beach located in Cumberland at 795 Trim Road. Map and directions can be found on our website under the fields/maps section of the menu bar. |
| Where do we Park? PARKING IS LIMITED. WE STRONGLY RECOMEND YOU CAR POOL OR PARK AT THE TRIM ROAD PARK AND RIDE AND WALK TO THE TOURNAMENT. DISTANCE IS ONLY 1KM FROM THE TOURNAMENT FIELDS. |
| How many players can we register on one team? Maximum 10 player roster size. |
| WHERE DO I SEND MY TEAM ROSTER AND TRAVEL PERMIT? 1.Travel permit is due 2 weeks prior to the tourmnament and must be faxed to 613-692-0489. It is a good idea to also bring a copy of the travle permit with you at the team registration on Friday night. |
| Schedule and Scheduling requests? Schedules will be posted online approximately 1 week prior to tournament. If you have a long way to travel, plan on staying Friday night. Scheduling requests will be reviewed,but we do not make any promises that they will be accomodated. |
| When will we get Additional Tournament Information? Additional information will be sent out via email to keep you updated of important dates and information. |
| ARE REFRESMENTS AND SNACKS AVAILABLE? Yes. There will be a canteen with food, snacks and an assortment of drinks. |
| IS THERE TOURNAMENT T-SHIRTS OR OTHER MERCHANDISE FOR SALE? Yes. You have two options: Option 1.Preorder on line by clicking on the T-shirt Logo on the left rail. ( this is the best option to guarantee availability) Option 2. Purchase at the tournament. (not guaranteed availability) |

| I HAVE MISPLACED MY ORIGINAL REGISTRATION FORMS. HOW CAN I GET DUPLICATES Downloadable versions of the form in Word and/or PDF file format were made available to you when your team was accepted and you confirmed your participation. If you need a duplicate form and have already confirmed, you will need your TEAM ID Number provided to you to access the forms. In the tournament website, www.beachsoccerottawa.com log in with your TEAM ID Number, and the system will tell you that your team has already been confirmed. There will be a link to the page that contains duplicate forms. We recommend the use of the Word file format. |
| WHEN AND WHERE IS REGISTRATION FOR BOTH THE ADULT AND YOUTH TOURNAMENTS? Team Registration for ALL teams will be held: ADULT TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION: will be held Friday May 25th from 6:00PM till 8:00PM. LOCATION: TBD YOUTH TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION: will be held Friday August 24th from 6:00PM till 8:00PM. LOCATION: TBD There will be NO registration at the fields. PLAYERS AND /OR TEAMS WHICH ARE NOT COMPLIENT WITH REGISTRATION REQUIRMENTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE AND WILL FORFEIT THE TOURNAMENT FEE. |

Player Books or player cards (for each player and guest player) 3. Travel Permit (if from outside of EODSA district) 4. Guest Player Roster (if applicable) |
